because adding a new feature will increase the fun, but it must stay fair. thats why add for seekers = add hiders. depending on what. thats what im trying to say. But as you say the hiders win more often than seekers then it should only add to seekers. but seekers do also win lots of time right?

The teleport nades should not give a huge advantage to the seekers. Remember they cannot boost to higher spots, so in mp_pra1 they are quite useless I guess. I think they are most powerful in big maps with long chases (mp_shop?) where you can teleport in front of the hider you are chasing. Because every seeker has only one teleport nade, it will not make cages utterly useless.
Adding new features for seekers might make seekers more popular, so that more people want to seek. That is a positive outcome.
Different round timelimits for different maps should be nice, I'll add that to the mod.

Yeah, but take a look at current bugs too. The personal space kill, which gives you 1 point, someone once dropped the RPG for me, I stand on it, and it says "you picked up the RPG" and there said in the console "RPG picked up by [R.S.I.]Mazi". I got it faster. Dunno if that's a bug, but it's weird. And the M4 not working on long distance with bullets, I tried to save people but it wouldn't work, and I have firstperson binded to a key so I can swap easily.

not really. in pra there 2 levels. up and down. the seekers already having a huge advantage because the map is so small. if they can teleport from up to down in 1 second (also to get boosted people on down floor like on a wall) the seeker have a really easy job. which they already have... but if you will change time limit per each map it could work out well. lets just try it! ;D

We must be able to play small maps too, Riel. And in that case, as Max says, we will have the ability to set a specific time limit depending on the map size

The personal space kill will be fixed, it's already on my list. You see the "You picked up" message because of client side prediction. So the server has not neccessarily given you the weapon when the message pops up, which is why the "bug" can occur. Whenever you shoot a weapon, a random inaccuracy is added. This is why the M4 is not 100% accurate. I can remove it though.

How many long that granades can do ?! Every seeker will have a single F1 grenade. It will teleport him to the place of impact, so he can teleport himself just once.

It's already done, and some other new features like Night vision will become invisibility goggles (5 seconds).
And a forcefield grenade, but I don't know about this one... we'll see what people think about it when the new mod is set.

Ah ! Below me, like in shop that spot between 2 roofs below that.. exist a spot where hiders can go there. And if the seeker don't know can teleport there. Nice idea.

The F1 telenade will let you teleport yourself on the same height of your feet OR below.
