Already try it, I have wireless internet, maybe thats a reason. But its very anoying, first 5 minuts good and nice play, then 5 seconds lagg, and most of the time is it when I stun a seeker or something. So then I die.
I already got everything on low graphics. etc..

Reinstall the game/mousetrap, lower your graphic card settings, run a defragmentation, run a virus scan, clean your computer from unnecessary games, movies, programs, apps and other stuff, disable Anti-virus/Firewall while you're playing, refresh your Internet status, ask your Internet provider for support etc
There are many possible ways to solve this. I've just mentioned a couple of things. Or simply buy a new PC.

it doesn't matter,, from 40 till 99999999999999999 is the same. so /rate 40 will be the same effect as /rate 25000

No look, if you customize your rate option you don't have to put DSL, Cable or T1/Lan because these are just pre-made rate settings.
