I think you need to change your title, they're not making it for sof2, they're making a soldier of fortune theme pack for Dead Rising 2, and it has nothing to do with sof2.
"With the Soldier of Fortune pack, all guns will now have increased firepower, better accuracy and their ammo capacity doubled."
