Worldcup of Icehockey 2008 is hosted in Quebec, Ca na da this year in two arenas. The first/second Group Phase matches are being played May 2-12. i dont know bout the world cup, BUT THE FLYERS JUST BEAT THE HABS 6-4. (WON THE SERIES 4-1). BRING IT ON SID THE KID!!

Peter Forsberg, Mats Sundin or Henrik Zetterberg is not playing, but maybe someone of them will help us if we reach to the finals... otherwises i think they are busy with the NHL Playoffs these weeks  Goodluck for Finland btw! |

Yes they did...  Switzerland has a new better team than before, and i think we didn't play our best since we came through anyway to 'Group E' so we just tried to be in shape and not hurt ourselfs... But of course Finland plays in the opposit group, that means if we both come to the Quarterfinals or Semifinals, then i'm sure we gonna meet up  |

Yaaay, sweden is through from all group games... we won Czech Republic as our last match yesterday.
I don't know what country meets up in Quartfinals, not yet.

Ruutu has been lucky a few times with goaling and now look at this score against USA, lmao... should have been 2-2 and then maybe USA could have a chance of winning. USA is not that good anyways, how could they make 2 goals |

No? They were russain referee's. The GOAL referee was Swedish. The nerdy little guy, sitting in the hatch, watching super-slow replays. The referees ring-ring him if they are unsure about some goal. |

Well, i can't even imagine how Italy or france can be better than the UK... so Last year, we won Italy with 11-1... France, some days ago... 9-0 Eat shit and die. But i think Russia wins TO BE HONEST, and Sweden's playing attitude is weak this time... I doubt a Final |
