u can use both RPM. i also got 4.00c and 0.78 and i still can connect pure servers in both sides:) i think 7.01 won't be a problem  |

Since I got myself moustrap I keep on getting terrible lag.
Any idea of how I can solve this?

If it's the first time you use MouseTrap you can solve this by entering the following commands:
/Snaps 20
/Rate 21000

Let SoF2 get used to the program and after a while MT will become less laggy. I heard many saying it lags the first time they use it, but it's all gone later on... and try cmd's like these:
/rate 25000
/snaps 40
/cl_maxpackets 125
/cl_packetdup 0
/com_maxfps 125

I heard many saying it lags the first time they use it, but it's all gone later on... and try cmd's like these: /rate 25000 /snaps 40 /cl_maxpackets 125 /cl_packetdup 0 /com_maxfps 125 FPS 125 if you lag is horrible to have (atleast for me). When my ping goes to 400 and my fps are on 125, I teleport, and when I put it on 55, it's back to normal. About people lagging more with MT (= not me) I cant help sorry  |

FFS, something bad just happened to me. My mousetrap says "You are running an old version...". So I say no problem I'll just re-install it, But wait, when I go on mousetrap site it says Account Suspended. So, I can't play w/ mousetrap and now I can't download it either.

I think the host is temporarily down. Hopefully Burpje still cares about MT and will bring it back up soon, or we'll have to wait for the new FP version that will be introduced to v1.00.
