It depends on what you want to do... Do you wanna put all the maps in 1 mappack? Do you want to clean out your folders and put all maps in 1 file?

If you want to get them all in 1 pk3 file the file will be as big as all your previous files put together so its useless.

Azote, how many GB could I add to pk3 before it's useless? He means that, when you add seperate pk3 files into one single pk3 file, the file size of the single file will be about the same as the sum of the seperate files. So you cannot save space by adding all single maps into one big pk3 file. But theoretically you could add all your single pk3 files into one big pk3 file. The overall purpose of pk3 files is to decrease file size. Plus you can have multiple files with the same file name inside different pk3's, the file which is in the mod folder OR with file name closest to 'z' will then be used. So you can look inside the pk3 files for duplicate files and delete them to save space, you won't find many though (maybe a few dozen MB's).
